1. Language courses in Foreign Countries
OBS! itself does not organise language courses abroad, but arranges courses from partner schools in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Icelandic and Finnish. The course fee is charged by and paid to the respective language school. The costs for the selected language course are listed under the respective course offer (e.g. Learn Danish/Language Courses in Denmark). Please note: By booking a language course abroad via OBS! there are NO additional costs for you!
There is no general answer to this question. As far as accommodation is concerned, for the majority of language courses you will have to find your own accommodation on site; you will find tips and advice on this on the respective pages. Some schools offer accommodation, either in the course location itself, in another building or even in the teacher’s home. You can find out what applies to your chosen language course in the detailed course description.
Meals are usually organised by the participants themselves. You will find more detailed information on this in the respective course description.
Some language schools offer optional leisure activities such as guided tours of the city, museum visits, day trips or film evenings, or support you in planning individual activities. You can find out what applies to your course in the respective course description.
As a rule, you organise your own travel arrangements. If you need help with this, we will be happy to give you tips and advice.
Most language schools accept students aged 16 and over. Nevertheless, in this case we ask for a short telephone conversation before booking a course. You can reach us at: +49 951-5193 5757.
During the language course, your contact person is the respective local school. If you have any questions before departure, you are always welcome to contact Ms Störiko at OBS! And of course we are also grateful for constructive feedback after the course so that we can give good advice to future prospective students: You can use our form to send us praise or criticism about your course directly.
